This is another classic spam mail, a scam that tries to get online users of the National Credit Union Administration use a fake login page to submit their login information, so they could use it for fraudulent activities in the future. The message loads images from the real http://www.ncua.gov page, but all links go to page hosted on http://76.236.158.198
