Email Spammers

I just got this really interesting looking email which I thought was really from Pepsi Co. My spam filter didn’t catch it and because the title didn’t seem spammy, I actually opened it up. When I saw that the message itself was not addressed to me and that it was sent with a hotmail reply address, I was sure that it was not sent by Pepsi. I wonder what they would do with all the contact info they gathered… The sender appears to be Michael Thomas Cox <mcox@uwyo.edu>
